Port Gamble

In September of 2018, a revised master plan was submitted to Kitsap County that includes commercial and residential additions to this historic town. Our real estate/development team has been meeting with potential investors, builders, and those interested in purchasing the entire town or a portion of it. BLIS and Bainbridge Landing, Bainbridge Island, WA

A joint venture with Sound West Group, this multi-family community is a short walk from the ferry terminal to downtown Seattle. The project includes BLIS, 107 apartments and 7 loft homes now renting, and Bainbridge Landing, 18 townhomes currently under construction. One acre of open space was donated as a local neighborhood park, preserving historic trees brought to the area by Robert Cave in the early 1900s, as well as his historic house. Water conservation, energy optimization, material stewardship, and healthy spaces are some of the sustainable design elements that help incorporate this development into LEED certification.

Arborwood, Kingston, WA

A 374-acre property entitled for 750 single-family homes with 109 acres planned as an addition to the 799-acre North Kitsap Heritage Park, which is former Pope Resources’ timberland, so that the community will literally surround the park. Site work is in progress.
